Practical composite decking, fencing and cladding for Studley's family houses and estates, giving ordinary suburban gardens a usable, low-effort outdoor area.
Studley is a large village close to Redditch, and most of its housing dates from the twentieth century. That means a lot of semis, detached family homes and cul-de-sacs with fairly regular gardens, often with tired timber decks and fence panels that were fitted years ago.
SPR Trees and Landscapes installs composite decking, composite fencing and cladding in Studley, and replaces or repairs older installations. Our approach is simple: look at the garden, work out what you need and describe the options without jargon. Quotations and advice are always free.
Many gardens here have a timber deck that has gone green, soft or slippery. Replacement is a good chance to improve the design as well as the material. We lift the old boards, check the ground and frame, then build a new structure sized for how you use the space, for example a barbecue area, a dining spot or a platform for the children. Composite decking replacement often reveals that the frame needs more than a cosmetic fix, and we will explain that honestly. Steps and edge details can be tidied up at the same time.
On estates, fences are often shared with neighbours on both sides and set at a standard height. Composite panels can be swapped in bay by bay, which suits shared boundaries and lets you spread the work. Posts matter most: concrete or aluminium posts set properly last far longer than old timber ones. Cladding is useful on a detached garage, outbuilding or garden room, giving a neat finish that does not need repainting. We always recommend speaking to neighbours before touching a shared line.
The main reason people choose composite is time. There is no sanding, staining or sealing, and cleaning is a matter of a brush and some warm water now and then. Pets, bikes and garden furniture will leave light marks over time, so felt pads and a little care help. Autumn leaves should be swept so they do not stain. Regular checks on fixings and fascia boards keep everything neat. If a section is damaged, we can often replace just that part without redoing the entire garden.
Studley is a large Warwickshire village with mainly twentieth-century housing, and most jobs here are straightforward to access, with front drives and side gates. That helps keep costs and disruption down, because materials can be taken through without much trouble. We also cover Redditch and Alcester, so if you are nearby, we can arrange a quick visit. Tell us about your garden, ask any questions and we will provide a free written quotation to consider.
We also take on composite decking installers work in nearby Redditch, Alcester.

If the frame is sound, new boards can sometimes go straight on. More often the frame has deteriorated, so a rebuild gives a better result. We inspect and tell you which route makes sense.
Sometimes, but only when the posts are straight, solid and correctly spaced. Many older posts are rotten at the base. We test them before quoting, and recommend new posts if they are unreliable.
Most boards lighten slightly in the first few months, then settle. Shaded and sunny areas can weather differently at first. Choosing a mid-tone and a grained finish helps hide any small variations.
