Redditch has many estate gardens from the 1960s to the 1980s, and a good clearance makes these modest plots usable again for lawns, fencing, play space or a fresh design.
Much of Redditch was built in the new-town years, so there are plenty of estates with similar houses and compact suburban gardens. They are usually easy to reach, but small plots fill up fast with sheds, borders, children's equipment and whatever was never taken to the tip.
Our clearance work is a practical reset for those spaces. We strip back overgrown areas, collect the rubbish, remove green waste and leave the plot clean, so you can lay turf, fit a new fence or start planting.
A modest garden can still hold a surprising amount. Overgrown conifers along a boundary, a shrub border gone to bramble, a lawn full of moss and weeds, and a pile of old trampolines, pots, broken fence panels and bags of soil are all familiar sights. We work through them methodically, starting with the biggest items and the heaviest growth, then moving to finer clearing and raking. If you want a few things kept, we mark them first.
On smaller gardens, the ground can be compacted by years of foot traffic or buried builders' rubble from the original construction. We clear the surface growth, dig out roots and remove what is in the way so that new turf takes properly and fence posts have somewhere to go. If you are thinking of paving or decking, a level, clear base saves problems later. We can talk through the plan and clear to suit it, rather than clearing everything regardless.
Many estate houses have a side gate and a passage to the back, which we can usually work through easily, though some terraces have only a rear footpath. We carry waste to a van on the road or drive, and we are mindful of parking on tight cul-de-sacs. Green waste, rubble, timber and general rubbish are removed together and disposed of correctly, so you are not left with sacks at the gate or a skip to arrange.
We cover Redditch and the neighbouring towns of Bromsgrove, Studley and Alcester, so a job here sits neatly within our normal area. The town's layout of estates and open spaces means access is generally straightforward, but each cul-de-sac has its own quirks. Send us a short description of the garden and what needs to go, and we will arrange a visit if needed, then give you a free quotation.
We also take on garden clearance work in nearby Bromsgrove, Studley, Alcester.

Often, yes. Clearing a small plot can transform how it looks and works, and it gives you a base for turf, fencing or planting. Smaller jobs are usually quicker, so they can be arranged easily.
Yes. We can dismantle and remove sheds, and take out the base if you want the area cleared. Tell us the size and what the base is made of, since concrete is much heavier than timber.
Usually not. We take the waste away ourselves. Very large clearances might make a skip sensible, and if so we will say so and agree it with you first.
