In Leominster and the farmland villages around it, garden clearance often means large plots, long-neglected hedging and plenty of bulky material that needs sorting before it goes.
Leominster is a north Herefordshire market town with older streets at its centre, and beyond them the plots open out into village gardens, orchards and paddock edges. Space is rarely the problem. Keeping on top of it is.
A larger garden can disappear under grass, brambles and old hedge growth in just a few seasons. We tackle it systematically, starting with the heavy cutting, moving through to digging and sorting, and finishing by taking everything away.
Bigger gardens create a different kind of work. There may be acres of rough grass, overgrown field hedges, nettle beds, bramble thickets and old fruit trees tangled with ivy. Sometimes it also includes old farm-style rubbish, such as rusty metal, wire, pallets and broken outbuildings. We assess how much of this is general clearance and how much needs specialist equipment, and we agree a sensible order of work. Burning on site is rarely appropriate, so our plan is to remove material instead.
With larger areas, preparation matters because small mistakes spread. If you are creating a lawn or new borders, we clear the vegetation, remove roots and stones, and tell you where the ground may need levelling. For fencing, particularly along long boundaries, we cut back the line so posts can go in straight and clear of old wire and stumps. If you are fencing livestock or pets out or in, tell us so the clearance suits the purpose.
The challenge here is volume rather than tight access. Hedge cuttings, bramble and long grass fill vehicles quickly, so large clearances may need several trips. We sort as we work and use suitable vehicles for the distance to the gate. Where there is a track or soft ground, we will say whether the access can take a loaded van. Everything is removed and disposed of properly rather than piled up at the end of your plot.
We work across Leominster and the countryside around it, and our area includes Bromyard, Tenbury Wells, Hereford and Ludlow. For village properties further out, it helps to give us a clear address and describe the access. The older streets in the town have tighter gardens, while the edges and villages offer more space. Either way, we can visit to see what is involved and provide a free quotation covering the work and waste removal.
We also take on garden clearance work in nearby Bromyard, Tenbury Wells, Hereford, Ludlow.

“Jim and Dan did a brilliant job on my 90ft conifer. Its a lot safer now and I have more light in the garden...”
“The boys did an excellent job... pruned my trees back and remove one tree that had split...”
“The guys were prompt & proffesional removed an old ash for me thanks guys”
We can clear sizeable garden areas, though very large rough land may need different equipment. Tell us roughly how big it is and we will advise whether it suits us or needs specialist machinery.
No, we plan to remove waste rather than burn it. That avoids smoke, neighbour disputes and rules on open burning, and means the garden is genuinely clear when we leave.
Small clear-outs are fine too. A single border, a corner full of rubbish or an overgrown path can all be quoted. Just describe what you have and we will say what is involved.
