Evesham sits in the Vale of Evesham among market-garden land, and many local gardens grow fast, so a clearance here is about getting on top of vigorous weeds and abundant green waste.
The Vale of Evesham is fertile country, and that shows in the gardens. Weeds, brambles and willowherb establish quickly, a hedge can double in size in a few seasons, and a fruit tree left alone drops more than anyone can use.
When the work has got ahead of you, we step in with a proper clearance. The overgrowth is cut and dug out, the waste is sorted and taken away, and the ground is left ready for whatever comes next, whether that is a lawn, a veg plot or a new fence.
Clearance is a broad term, so we pin it down on each job. It can mean cutting back overgrown hedges, strimming long grass and clearing brambles, dealing with weedy borders and old vegetable beds, or removing stacked rubbish such as broken fence panels, old compost bins, rusting furniture and pots. Near the river, plots can also collect flood debris and silt. We list what is to go, agree what stays, and then work through it in a sensible order so the garden steadily becomes usable again.
Because soil in this area can be fertile, weeds return quickly if the roots are left in. Before turf or planting, we dig out perennial weeds rather than just cutting them, and remove debris that would show through later. If a fence is being replaced, we clear the line so the fitter can see where posts need to go. Where heavy ground is likely to hold water in winter, we will mention it so you can plan drainage or raised areas before the new work begins.
Most Evesham gardens can be reached by a side gate or drive, though some terraces and older cottages rely on narrow paths. We note the route, gate widths and any steps when you describe the job. Large volumes of hedge and bramble are bulky rather than heavy, so loading takes careful sorting. We remove everything ourselves, keeping green waste, soil, timber and hard material in separate loads and taking them to suitable disposal sites.
Our work in Evesham fits with calls to Pershore, Broadway and Upton upon Severn, so we are well placed to cover the market town and the villages around it. Land by the River Avon can be soft after wet weather, and we plan around that to avoid churning up lawns or paths. Whether your garden is a small town plot or a larger edge-of-town space, we can visit, talk through what needs to go and provide a free quotation based on the actual job.
We also take on garden clearance work in nearby Pershore, Broadway, Upton upon Severn.

“The boys did an excellent job... pruned my trees back and remove one tree that had split...”
“The guys were prompt & proffesional removed an old ash for me thanks guys”
In fertile ground they can return quickly if roots are left. We dig out deep-rooted weeds rather than only cutting them, but some regrowth is normal. Turfing, planting or mulching soon afterwards helps keep it under control.
We can remove debris, silt and damaged items once the ground is safe to work on. It depends on how wet the site is, so we usually look at it first before agreeing the work.
Smaller trees and hedges can be part of a clearance. Larger trees are better handled as tree work, and we will tell you which approach suits your garden when we see it.
